"Music is enough for a lifetime, but a lifetime is not enough for music."
-Sergei Rachmaninoff

Hailing from Baltimore, Maryland, I began my musical journey playing drums and guitar for a number of local rock and metal bands. Writing songs came naturally, and I began crafting my own music as soon as I started playing. The audacity and unpredictability of progressive rock and metal stirred my interest in writing and orchestrating for all kinds of instruments and musical styles.
After high school, I attended the University of Maryland and graduated with a degree in mechanical engineering, after which I immediately began working as an acoustical engineer. During this period, my love for jazz, and impressionist and modern music blossomed. I also began building my music production skills so I could bring to life the sounds that existed only in my head and crude MIDI programs.
Feeling stifled by my engineering career and unable to realize the extent of my creativity, I left the industry to attend Berklee College of Music and fully engross myself in music. At Berklee I found success as an arranger for several large-scale multi-media productions. As an active member of the Society of Composers, I’ve had my works for chamber ensembles performed. I was awarded the Berklee World Tour scholarship, The Rose Family scholarship, and multiple division achievement awards for my academic and musical accomplishments.
I now specialize as a composer, producer, orchestrator, and performer. My work is tailored for advertising, film and TV, library, and original artistic projects. I enjoy making music that conveys the essence of a mood, an idea, or a feeling. I believe music can penetrate our very core and provoke even our most concealed emotions. It can confer our emotions where words fail. I look forward to working with you to realize the full potential of your next project.
